Level 2 goes deeper into the GTD® models for defining and planning projects and managing priorities — turning problems, tensions and opportunities into real projects with executable next actions. There are no problems here, only projects: a clear desired outcome and a specific next action turn pressure into movement.
- Capturing and refining a complete, current and clear inventory of projects.
- Developing priorities through the Horizons of Focus® model — especially your professional and personal areas of focus.
- Developing projects through the Natural Planning Model® — purpose and guiding principles, desired outcome, brainstorming, organising, and next actions.
- Building an integrated system — and crafting the "external brain" that holds it, so your mind is free to think rather than remember.
Prerequisite: Level 1 Fundamentals.

How it runs
A full-day workshop, delivered in person or virtually (via Adobe Connect). Deeper I&I follow-up sessions — the Natural Planning Model®, Complete Projects List, Areas of Focus and Optimising Your System for Priority Choices — go further within a week or so of the course, while it's fresh.
