Start here: GTD® Level 1 Fundamentals in Australia.
The best place to begin with Getting Things Done® is the Level 1 Fundamentals course. Here's how it works in Australia — and how I can help you get more from it, before and after.

The foundation
What Level 1 Fundamentals covers
Level 1 teaches the GTD® methodology end to end — the five steps of Capture, Clarify, Organise, Reflect and Engage, the core lists, and the GTD Weekly Review® that holds it all together. It's the foundation everything else builds on: the stability of day-to-day control. There are no prerequisites, and it works whether you're brand new to GTD® or an old hand wanting to reset. The course pairs a one-day learning experience with the Installation and Implementation (I&I) Series so it actually beds in.
What's included (delivered by Crucial Dimensions): the Getting Things Done book, a participant workbook, a jumpstart booklet, the GTD Workflow Map, and the GTD methodology guides.
Where to train
Where to take Level 1 in Australia
In Australia, Level 1 Fundamentals training is delivered by our partner Crucial Dimensions, the authorised Level 1 provider. They run it well, and I happily point people their way. What I add is everything either side of the course — helping you arrive ready, and turning the training into a working system once you're back at your desk.
The first step
Get the Level 1 readiness guide & referral
Leave your details and I'll send you my short preparation guide — the handful of things worth doing before you walk in — along with the referral to Crucial Dimensions. That way your training lands on ready ground, and we can pick up the implementation together afterwards.

I'll send the preparation guide and the Crucial Dimensions referral. No spam — just the next step.

Want something tailored to you or your team?
A public course is the right call for most people. But if your situation doesn't fit the standard mould — you'd like it folded into a coaching or consulting engagement, you've got a whole team to bring along, or you simply want a human conversation before you commit — let's talk first and find the right way in. You'll still leave your details here; it's just a different route into the same pathway.
For teams & organisations
Bespoke programs for organisations
Bringing GTD® to a team or a whole organisation? I design tailored, in-house programs around how your people actually work — the Installation and Implementation Series on your tools, Level 2 and Level 3 for your leaders, and one-to-one or team coaching. Where the Level 1 Fundamentals primer is part of the plan, that component is delivered by our partner Crucial Dimensions, while GTD® ANZ handles the implementation, coaching and advanced levels around it — so you get one coherent program with the right people delivering each piece.
What comes next
After Level 1 — where GTD® ANZ comes in
Completing Level 1 is where it gets real. The methodology only pays off once it's installed in your actual tools and defended as a habit — and that's exactly what GTD® ANZ is for. Once you've trained, there's a clear next step waiting: guided implementation (a Mind Sweep, your GTD Weekly Review®, email and calendar sorted, your system installed in Outlook or Microsoft 365), one-to-one coaching, the advanced Level 2 and Level 3 courses, and an alumni community to keep it alive.
