Who it's for

The course made sense. Then Monday happened.

You've done the training — or read the book and had a go — and you left genuinely clearer. Then the calendar filled, the lists drifted, and the open loops quietly moved back into your head. Nothing's wrong with you. The real issue was never time management; it's managing the choices and commitments that live inside your time — and that becomes a habit through practice, which is far easier with someone alongside you. If any of this sounds familiar, this is for you:

Open loops

Commitments living in your head again instead of a system you check.

The drift

The GTD Weekly Review® keeps sliding to "next week", and the lists go stale.

Quiet mistrust

You trust your memory more than your lists — which means you trust neither.

Why coaching

A personal trainer for how you work

A course teaches you the moves. Coaching is where they get installed — the way a personal trainer gets you doing the reps properly, consistently, past the point where willpower alone would've quit. And it isn't time away from your work: we work with your actual inbox, calendar, commitments and mind, so what we build is your real system, running on your real load. A couple of hours can give you a taste of that; eight weeks is what makes it stick.

One-to-one coaching session

How it works

Eight weeks, one-to-one, tuned to you

It starts with a preliminary call to map exactly where you are — your role, your tools, the mess as it really is. From there, eight weekly working sessions of around an hour each, online via Zoom or in person, each one building the next piece of your system and embedding it before we move on. It's your system we're building, not a template — tailored to your responsibilities, your workflow and the tools you already trust.

Current state & capture

See it all clearly and get a trusted collection habit running.

Clarify & next actions

Decide what things mean and what "done" looks like.

Organise lists, projects & support

A home for everything, where where it lives matches what it means.

Calendar, waiting-for & someday/maybe

A clean, current map of commitments and options.

The GTD Weekly Review®

Installed as a habit, so you stop re-thinking everything all week.

Higher horizons & areas of focus

Connect the daily work to what it's actually for.

Troubleshooting & patterns

Fix what's snagging, and the habits behind it.

Sustainability & alumni

A plan to keep it running long after we finish.

By the end

What you'll have

  • Every inbox — email, paper, head — emptied into one trusted system.
  • Clean project and Next Actions lists you actually consult.
  • The GTD Weekly Review® installed as a durable habit, not a chore.
  • Inbox-to-zero as a regular reset — not because zero is sacred, but because everything's been decided and parked in the right place.
  • A calmer relationship with your commitments — Mind Like Water®, in practice.
