Level 1 gives you the GTD® methodology. The Installation and Implementation Series (I&I Series) is where it gets built into your day — the difference between understanding Getting Things Done® and actually running it. These aren't recap sessions; they're guided drills. The point isn't to get a taste and leave inspired — it's to finish the drill, so the practice becomes habit. Best done within days or weeks of your Level 1 course, while it's all still live.

The anchor session. Build and populate your chosen system end to end — projects, next actions, waiting-for, calendar, reference, someday/maybe — clarifying your Mind Sweep and email as you go. Half-day, or a fuller full-day lab.
