After the teaching stops · GTD® ANZ
Coaching Accountability.
Plenty of people will teach you the system. Almost nobody stays for the part where you have to keep it running. This is that part.

Who it's for
For when you know GTD®, but the week is louder than the system
You have done the training. You built the system and you know what it feels like when it is working. What you need now is not more teaching. It is cadence, and someone who will notice when the GTD Weekly Review® starts slipping. This is built for owner-operators, principals and leaders whose weeks are relentless. The kind of people who relax not when there is less to do, but when the next actions are defined, the waiting-fors are known, and nothing is quietly falling through the cracks.
If you have not installed a system yet, this is the wrong product and you would work that out inside a fortnight. There is nothing here to learn. Start with coaching or Level 1 first.
How it works
A rhythm, and a record
Two touchpoints and one rule.
- Monthly, two hours. Time to work on the system rather than in it. Reset, go deeper, recalibrate before things drift. In person or virtual.
- Weekly, fifteen minutes. The same questions every week. What did you say you would fix, and did you. What were the wins. What were the losses. What are you fixing next week. What did you learn. What are you grateful for.
- Every week is written down. You fill in a one page check before the call. The fixes you commit to come back next week already on the form, so the call opens with what you promised last week whether or not either of us remembered.
That last one is the mechanism, not the admin. A call that writes nothing down has nothing to carry forward, and accountability with nothing to carry forward is just a conversation.
What's included
A structure that holds
- A monthly two-hour coaching session - in person or virtual - to reset, go deeper, and recalibrate before things drift.
- A weekly fifteen-minute call, with the written check that makes it carry.
- Access to the public Installation and Implementation Series webinars (I&I Series) - go deeper on specific parts of your practice.
- The Garage Sessions and practitioner community - a monthly drop-in and a group of people keeping their systems running, so you're never doing this alone.
What it is not
Deliberately narrow
This stays on the practice of getting work done. That is not a limitation, it is the reason it keeps working.
- Not a refresher course. There is nothing new to teach you.
- Not IT support, tool building or systems integration. The system is whatever you already run.
- Not business consulting. The conversation stays on how the work gets done.
- Not training for the rest of your team. Bringing more people into the method is a course or its own coaching engagement.
All of that is available. It is just a separate conversation, with its own scope and its own price.
