About · Telus Partners
One through-line, across every discipline
Telus Partners is the advisory practice of Stephan Jenner — two decades spent making people, teams and systems clearer and more effective. Different disciplines, one through-line.
Energy flowing within an organisation — the mark since 2006.
The practice
A practice, not a faceless firm
Telus Partners is an umbrella for a body of work that has always pointed the same way: clarity and effectiveness — for the people, teams and systems that make an organisation work. Under it sit six practices, from personal productivity through to the data and systems that keep a business running. They look different on the surface. Underneath, they're the same idea applied at different scales — build the clarity in, and the organisation adapts at pace. There's always a real person behind the work. Telus Partners is Stephan Jenner.
The person behind it
Meet Stephan Jenner
I've spent two decades working the same problem from different angles — how people, teams and organisations get work done, and stay clear while a world that won't hold still keeps moving. That's meant coaching individuals on personal productivity, helping teams distribute authority and run themselves, and building the data platforms and automated systems that show a business what's really happening and take the friction out of how it runs. I'd rather show the working thing than sell a promise. The point was never a clever model on a slide; it's a system that still holds when the week gets loud.
Credentials
Trained in the disciplines, not just read up on them
The disciplines behind the practices — held as working craft, not certificates on a wall.
In practice
Built with real organisations
This work has been done inside organisations operating under real pressure — among them Schneider Electric, Global IO, Power Group, Victoria Legal Aid, and Future Logic. Different sectors, different problems, one through-line: busy, capable people who needed a system they could trust when the load was heavy.
“SelfOrg Consulting has been an integral part of our success in implementing Holacracy in our organisation. Their engaging style, deep subject-matter expertise and willingness to help teams no matter how crazy the time-zone has helped us to adopt and deeply embed Holacracy in a very exciting manner.”— Pieter Lottering, Partner, Global IO
The through-line
Six practices, one idea
Personal productivity, self-managing teams, leadership, data, systems, and an operating framework still in development — six practices, held together by one conviction: adaptability is a capability you can build. Systems, not willpower. Self-organisation, at every scale. Practice over theory. Where a piece of work is best served by the coaching side, it hands off cleanly — GTD® Coaching runs as its own product brand, GTD ANZ, at /gtd.
